Management Assistant Technical Qualifications
Applicants must possess an NVQ Level 5 or higher qualification in Hardware and Software issued by a technical or vocational training institution recognized by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
Applicants must also have at least two years of relevant work experience obtained after receiving the NVQ Level 5 or higher qualification.

Management Assistant Non-Technical Qualifications
Applicants must have passed six subjects in one sitting at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination, with credit passes in four subjects, including:
- Sinhala or Tamil
- Mathematics
- English Language
Applicants must also have passed at least three subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, excluding the Common General Test.

Age Limit
External applicants must be between 18 and 45 years of age as of the application closing date. The upper age limit does not apply to internal applicants.
General Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the post.
- Must be a person of good character.
Method of Recruitment
Recruitment will be based on merit determined through a structured interview and/or a written competitive examination.
Conditions of Service
These positions are permanent and subject to a three-year probation period.
Employee EPF contribution: 8%

Employer ETF contribution: 3%
