Educational & Professional Qualifications
Applicants should possess at least one of the following qualifications by 31 August 2026:
- A degree with a First Class or Second Class Honours awarded by a recognized Sri Lankan or foreign university.
- The minimum duration of the relevant degree programme should be three years.
- Be an Attorney-at-Law / Supreme Court Lawyer.
- Be a Chartered Accountant.

- Age is considered with reference to 31 August 2026.
Salary Scale
The appointment is permanent and pensionable and is subject to a three-year probationary period and other conditions specified in the official Gazette.
Written Examination
The competitive examination consists of three written papers. Candidates must obtain at least 40 marks in each subject.

Examination Medium
