CPC Increases Weekly Fuel Quotas Under QR Code System
Effective from Saturday Night, March 21, 2026
The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has significantly increased the weekly fuel quotas under the QR-code Fuel Pass system to support transportation needs across Sri Lanka.

📌 Important Details
✅ Mandatory QR Verification
The QR code system is mandatory and scans must be verified at fuel stations.
📝 Registration Required
New vehicle registrations and transferred vehicle modifications must be updated through the official Fuel Pass website.
⛔ No Loose Fuel
Fuel is not allowed to be dispensed into cans, bottles, or other loose containers.

Step 1: Visit the official Fuel Pass website
Step 2: Select the Register option
Step 3: Enter your NIC or Passport number with your mobile number
Step 4: Verify the OTP code
Step 5: Enter your vehicle details correctly
Step 6: Download your QR Code
Note: Weekly fuel quota increases took effect immediately from March 21, 2026.
