University Registration 2025/2026 – Important Details

Who Should Complete the Registration?

This registration facility is intended for applicants who have been selected for a course of study at a university or higher educational institution for the 2025/2026 academic year.

Students should first confirm their selection, download the Letter of Selection and carefully read all the instructions provided with the selection documents. Registration should then be completed through the official online registration system.

Two Ways to Access the Registration System

1. Students Who Have Not Downloaded the Selection Letter

Students who have not yet downloaded their Letter of Selection and other relevant documents should use the “To download the Letter of Selection & proceed to registration” facility.

This facility allows the selected applicant to log in, verify their identity, receive an OTP, access the Selection Letters page, download the documents and then proceed to the registration system.

2. Students Who Have Already Downloaded the Documents

Students who have already downloaded their Letter of Selection, Annex I and Annex II may use the “To directly proceed to registration” facility.

These students can access the online registration system directly and complete the registration by following the instructions contained in Annex II.

How to Download the University Selection Letter

Identity Verification Process

After logging in, the applicant will be directed to the Verify Your Identity page. The system may request confirmation of the following information:

• The remaining digits and letter of the applicant’s National Identity Card number.
• The remaining digits of the mobile number provided in the university admission application.
• Confirmation of the email address used to create the admission account.

Email and OTP Verification

1. After submitting the identity details, the OTP Verification page will be displayed.
2. Log in to the email account shown in the identity verification section.
3. Open the email sent by the Department of University Admissions.
4. Click the link marked “Please click here to generate OTP.”
5. An OTP code will then be sent to the verified mobile number.
6. Enter the OTP in the SMS Code field and press Submit.

Documents Available on the Selection Letters Page

Once the OTP verification has been completed successfully, the applicant will be directed to the Selection Letters page.

The page will display information relating to the selected course of study and university. A link will also be provided to download the following documents as a single file:

• Letter of Selection
• Schedule identified as Annex I
• Online registration instructions identified as Annex II
• Other documents relevant to the selection and registration

How to Complete Online University Registration

1. Download the Letter of Selection and all other relevant documents.
2. Carefully read the information in the selection letter, Annex I and Annex II.
3. On the Selection Letters page, select the button marked “Click here to go to the Registration System.”
4. Complete all required fields in the online registration form.
5. Follow every instruction contained in Annex II.
6. Check all entered details before making the final submission.
7. Save or print any acknowledgement, confirmation or document generated after registration.

Information Students Should Keep Ready

Important Instructions for Selected Students

• Do not wait until the final day to start registration.
• Use the same email address and mobile number entered in the original admission application.
• Do not share your account password or OTP with another person.
• Check the course of study and university shown on the Selection Letters page.
• Download and retain copies of all selection and registration documents.
• Read Annex II before completing the registration form.
• Ensure that all submitted personal information is accurate.
• Keep evidence of successful registration for future reference.
