Who Must Apply?
- Teachers applying for an annual transfer from their current National School.
- Teachers who satisfy the compulsory transfer conditions stated in the official transfer criteria.
- Teachers who have completed eight years or more of service in their current school as at 31 December 2026 must submit an application for a compulsory transfer.
- Teachers whose personal and service details are correctly recorded in the NEMIS system.
NEMIS Information Teachers should verify that their personal information, appointment details, subjects, current school and service information are correctly updated in the National Education Management Information System (NEMIS) before completing the transfer application.
