Qualifications and Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Maritime or Shipping; or
- Part or full professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ICASL, CMA or ACCA; or
- Qualification in Logistics and Supply Chain Management; or
- An equivalent qualification from a recognised/reputed university or institute.
- Candidates should preferably be below 25 years of age.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Computer literacy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
Scope of Work
- Assist with preparing proforma invoices, final invoices, debit notes and credit notes relating to bunker fuel deliveries.
- Update and maintain databases relating to bunker fuel deliveries and associated operations.
- Assist in checking and processing payments.
- Assist in tracking outstanding payments and credit balances of bunker customers before securing fuel supply orders.
- Assist with processing duty payments relating to bunker fuel deliveries.
