Eligibility
Applicants should be below 27 years of age.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should possess one of the following qualification pathways:
Minimum 5 Credit (C) passes, including Mathematics, at the first sitting, with a Credit pass in English obtained at the first or a subsequent sitting.
Minimum 3 Simple Passes (S) in one sitting, excluding General English.
Equivalent examination results are accepted.
A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or institute.
Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance – DABF (Old Syllabus)
OR
Higher Diploma in Banking & Finance – HDBF (New Syllabus).
Banking Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of banking experience at a Licensed Commercial Bank, preferably in branch banking.
Internship and Fixed Term Contract experience are excluded.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a permanent employee at a Licensed Financial Company.
