Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Prepare title reports, mortgage bonds and other relevant legal documents.
- Draft and review different forms of legal agreements.
- Provide legal opinions, legal advice and interpretations to the Bank.
- Assist the Legal Department in initiating legal action in a timely manner.
- File legal action against defaulting borrowers and attend court proceedings when required.
