Qualifications and Salary
Director – Human Resource and Administration
Qualification: UGC-recognized degree, relevant postgraduate degree and at least 15 years of managerial-level experience.
Age: 35–55 years
Salary Step: Rs. 105,399 plus government-approved allowances.
Assistant Director – District
Qualification: Civil Engineering or relevant degree with experience, NVQ Level 7, or accepted engineering and technical qualifications with the required experience.
Age: 22–45 years
Salary Step: Rs. 71,730 plus government-approved allowances.
Assistant Director – Career Guidance, Job Placement and Promotion
Qualification: UGC-recognized degree with at least one year of relevant experience after obtaining the degree.
Age: 22–45 years

Training Officer
Qualification: Relevant Bachelor of Science degree, NVQ Level 7, NDT, NDES, HNDE, OUSL Engineering Technology Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 with required experience.

Salary Step: Rs. 58,615 plus government-approved allowances.
Programme Officer
Qualification: A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Age: 22–45 years
Salary Step: Rs. 58,598 plus government-approved allowances.
Draughtsman – Contract
Qualification: Relevant technical course of at least NVQ Level 5 from a recognized technical or vocational institution.
Age: 22–45 years
Monthly Allowance: Rs. 43,379 plus government-approved allowances.
Management Assistant
O/L Qualification: Six subjects passed in one sitting, including Sinhala or Tamil and Mathematics, with credit passes in four subjects.
A/L Qualification: Passed at least three subjects, excluding the Common General Test.
Age: 18–45 years
Salary Step: Rs. 43,312 plus government-approved allowances.
