Qualifications and Requirements

1. Deputy Director General (DDG) – Academic

- Relevant Bachelor's degree recognised by the UGC in Economics, Management, Tourism or Education.

- At least 18 years of relevant experience at managerial level in an eligible public or private institution.

2. Director Finance

- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, Finance Management, Business Management or Business Administration, recognised by the UGC.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant finance, accountancy or management discipline, or an accepted professional qualification with the required degree.
- At least 15 years of relevant managerial-level experience in finance-related fields.
- Internal applicants must satisfy the qualifications and service requirements specified in the notice.
3. Registrar

- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Tourism, Education or a related Social Science discipline, recognised by the UGC.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a corporation, statutory board, institution, private institution or academic environment, as specified in the notice.

4. Assistant Lecturer

Qualifications:
- Special degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a relevant specialised language degree recognised by the UGC, or a relevant degree and postgraduate diploma as specified for the discipline.
- For the relevant degree route, a postgraduate diploma in the related field may be required.
- At least 2 years of relevant executive-level experience in an eligible institution.
- Internal applicants must satisfy the specified qualifications and service requirements.
5. Assistant Director – Internal Audit

- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce or Finance Management recognised by the UGC.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification managerial-level experience in internal audit, finance or a relevant field.
- Internal candidates must meet the required qualifications or the prescribed five-year service requirement in the relevant Junior Manager category.
6. Assistant Director – Information Technology

- Degree in Information Technology recognised by the UGC.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification managerial-level experience in IT in an eligible institution.
