1. Marshal Grade II
Qualifications:
- A graduate of a recognized university or Higher Educational Institution.
- Applicants should be between 30 and 45 years of age.
- Male applicants: Minimum height 5 feet 5 inches and chest 32 inches deflated.
- Female applicants: Minimum height 5 feet 4 inches.
- Preference will be given to applicants with Police, Armed Forces, sports or social-welfare experience.
Alternatively, applicants may possess experience in a post not below the rank of Major in the Sri Lanka Armed Forces or an equivalent rank in the Sri Lanka Police.

Salary: U-MN 3 (II) – Rs. 71,365 to Rs. 92,785 per month
2. Supervisor – Electrical Grade III
- National Certificate in Technology or an equivalent qualification with three years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, G.C.E. O/L in six subjects at not more than two sittings with at least five years of supervisory experience in the relevant field.
Recruitment Method: Written examination and interview
Salary: UMT 1 (III) – Rs. 51,095 to Rs. 60,575 per month
3. Supervisor – Civil Grade III
- National Certificate in Technology or an equivalent qualification with three years of relevant experience.
- Alternatively, G.C.E. O/L in six subjects at not more than two sittings with at least five years of supervisory experience in the relevant field.
Recruitment Method: Written examination and interview
Salary: UMT 1 (III) – Rs. 51,095 to Rs. 60,575 per month
4. Management Assistant – Shroff Grade III
- G.C.E. O/L in six subjects at one sitting.
- Credit passes in Sinhala or Tamil, English or English Literature, and Mathematics.
- Passes in all G.C.E. A/L subjects, excluding the Common General Paper, at one sitting.
- One of the three A/L passes must be in Accountancy.
- Preference may be given for a recognized computer qualification and two years of computer application experience.
Recruitment Method: Written examination and interview
Salary: U-MN 1 (III) – Rs. 49,475 to Rs. 58,655 per month
Special Condition: A security deposit must be furnished as determined by the relevant institution.
5. Driver Grade III
- Valid heavy-vehicle driving licence issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic.
- Minimum three years of driving experience after obtaining the licence.
- Minimum five years of satisfactory service in a Primary Semi-Skilled or Primary Unskilled post.
- Applicants must be confirmed in their present post.
Recruitment Method: Trade test and interview
Salary: U-PL 3 (III) – Rs. 48,005 to Rs. 55,845 per month
6. Electrician Grade III
- Confirmed employee in a Primary Semi-Skilled or Primary Unskilled post.
- Relevant NVQ Level 4 qualification from an institution accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
- Alternatively, five years of relevant work experience with skills equivalent to at least NVQ Level 2, proven through a trade test.

Salary: U-PL 3 (III) – Rs. 48,005 to Rs. 55,845 per month
7. Aluminium Fabricator Grade III
- Confirmed employee in a Primary Semi-Skilled or Primary Unskilled post.
- Relevant NVQ Level 4 qualification from an institution accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
- Alternatively, five years of relevant experience with skills equivalent to at least NVQ Level 2, proven through a trade test.
