Educational Qualifications
- Applicants must have passed at least six subjects at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in one sitting.
- Applicants must possess a valid driving licence applicable to the required vehicle categories.
Age and Experience

Minimum 5 Years
Candidates should have at least five years of driving experience in a recognized organization. They should also possess the physical fitness, mental fitness and good character required to perform the duties of the post.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to work and communicate in the English language.
- Ability to use the internet, computers, printers and other office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of roads within Colombo and surrounding areas.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ability to work outside normal office hours and during weekends when required.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Providing transport facilities required for the daily activities of the institution.
- Assisting with the coordination of supply and operational activities.
- Maintaining vehicles and keeping accurate vehicle running records.
- Delivering and collecting internal and external letters and documents.
- Supporting internal and external office programmes and activities.
- Coordinating with cleaning staff to maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
- Working after office hours or on weekends when required, with applicable overtime payments.
