🎓 Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
- Degree specializing in English (ELT/TESL) with First Class or Second Class Upper Division plus minimum 1 year experience.
- Degree specializing in English (ELT/TESL) with Second Class Lower Division plus minimum 1 year experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with specialization in English (ELT/TESL) or any Bachelor's Degree with at least Second Class Honours and a postgraduate degree of minimum two academic years including research dissertation/thesis.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams and digital teaching platforms.
- Teaching, research or professional experience preferred.
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Allowance: Rs. 70,000/-
- EPF & ETF Benefits
- Initial Appointment: 6 Months
- Extension Possible: Up to 4 Years based on performance
