Educational Qualifications
- Applicants must have passed six subjects in one sitting at the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination.
- Credit passes must have been obtained for four subjects, including Sinhala, Tamil or English Language and Mathematics.
- Applicants must have passed three subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination, excluding the Common General Test.
Additional Qualifications
- Computer literacy and experience working with computers.
- Previous working experience in a similar position.
- Sinhala or Tamil and English typing skills.
- Experience working in a foreign-funded project.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of government rules and regulations.
General Conditions
- Selected applicants must be willing to undertake field duties when required by the project.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a professional and structured interview.

- The decision of the Secretary to the Ministry will be final.
