Wayamba University Management Assistant Vacancies 2026 (Contract Basis) – Apply Now

Wayamba University of Sri Lanka has invited applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens to recruit Management Assistants (02 Posts) on a Contract Basis under the Wayamba University Township Development Project (WUTDP). The project is implemented under the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Vocational Education with financial assistance from the Government of Saudi Arabia. Eligible applicants can submit applications before the closing date.

Educational Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level with 06 subjects including Credit passes for four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil/English and Mathematics in one sitting.
• Passed all subjects in G.C.E. Advanced Level in one sitting (excluding General Paper).
• Old syllabus candidates with three passes in one sitting are also eligible.

Benefits

• Government approved salary according to Management Services Circular No.02/2026.
• EPF Employer Contribution - 12%
• EPF Employee Contribution - 8%
• ETF Contribution - 3%
• Contract appointment initially for one year with possible annual extension based on performance.
