🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Must be a Sri Lankan Citizen.
• Minimum 02-year Full-Time Diploma in Agriculture from a Government Institution.
• OR NVQ Level 6 equivalent Agriculture Diploma from a TVEC registered institute.
• OR 01-year Full-Time Agriculture Diploma with at least 02 years relevant work experience.
• Must possess a valid Motorcycle Riding License.
• Maximum age: 30 years or below on the closing date.

• Product promotion and customer education.
• Relationship management.
• Customer requirement identification.
• Credit evaluation.
• Institutional coordination.
• Loan supervision.
• Market awareness activities.
• Recovery and deposit mobilization.
• Field operations and reporting.
• Other duties assigned by Branch Management.
