Applications are invited from eligible Sri Lankan citizens for the Management Assistant (Grade III) vacancy at the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
Applicants must be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years of age as at 21 August 2026.
🎓 Required Qualifications
G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L)
- Applicants should have passed all subjects in one sitting.
- Credit pass in Sinhala or Tamil Language.
- Credit pass in English Language.
- Credit pass in Mathematics.
- A very good pass in Commerce will be considered an added advantage.
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L)
- Applicants should have passed all subjects in one sitting.
- Commerce Stream applicants will be considered as having an added advantage.
💼 Work Experience
Applicants should possess a minimum of 02 years of working experience in Management Assistant, Administration, HR or a similar role and organization.
⭐ Additional Qualifications / Preference
- A recognized qualification in computer applications of at least 06 months duration.
- Around 02 years of experience in the use of computer application packages.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala / Tamil.
- A degree in a relevant field such as HR or Administration will be considered an added advantage.
🧑💼 Job Description
The selected Management Assistant will provide support to Heads of Units and coordinate matters connected with the relevant unit.
The position involves executing and managing key processes and day-to-day duties assigned by the Registrar or Head of the Unit.
