People’s Bank Maintenance Supervisor Full Details
People’s Bank is one of the leading government banks in Sri Lanka. The bank is looking for qualified and experienced candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position in the Banking Support Services Department.
Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, HVAC systems, generators, CCTV systems, plumbing systems, solar PV systems, and other building maintenance operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate building maintenance activities.
- Inspect electrical and mechanical systems.
- Maintain HVAC, Generator and CCTV systems.
- Handle plumbing and solar PV maintenance work.
- Prepare reports and maintenance records.
- Ensure uninterrupted utility services.
- Follow bank rules and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
- NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Electrical / Facilities Maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience.
- Experience in building maintenance field.
- Knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
