Open Competitive Examination – MSO Grade III 2026

The Open Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Grade III of the Management Service Officers' Service 2026 is open to candidates who satisfy the qualifications and conditions specified in the official Gazette.

Basic Eligibility – Open Exam

• Applicant must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Applicant should be of excellent character.
• Applicant must have adequate physical and mental fitness to serve in any part of Sri Lanka.
• Age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 30 years as at the closing date.
• All required qualifications must be completed on or before 25 September 2026.

Educational Qualifications – Open Exam

According to the Gazette, applicants are required to have passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level Examination in six subjects at one sitting with credit passes in four subjects, including the relevant language and Mathematics, subject to the exact conditions specified in the Gazette.

Applicants must also have passed all required subjects at the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination at one sitting, excluding the General Common Test and General English, as specified in the official notice.

Limited Competitive Examination – MSO Grade III 2026
