HR Assistant

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding process
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR compliance
• Support payroll, leave management, and benefits administration
• Coordinate training programs and performance evaluations
• Handle employee relations and HR tasks

🎓 Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E O/L (6 subjects with 4 credits including Maths & Sinhala/Tamil)
• Passed G.C.E A/L (3 subjects excluding General Paper)
• Degree in HR / Business Management (advantage)
• Age: 18 – 45 years

⭐ Ideal Candidate

• Experience in HR or similar field
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic IT knowledge

💰 Salary Details

Salary Code: MA 1-2 (2025)
Basic Salary: Rs. 43,312 + Allowances
Total Salary approx: Rs. 60,000+
Permanent Job with EPF & ETF
