🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all investment banking operations (M&A, IPOs, advisory)
• Drive revenue growth and manage high-value deals
• Ensure compliance with SEC & CBSL regulations
• Develop strategies and maintain client relationships

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Business / Accounting
• Professional: CA / CFA / CIMA / ACCA preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience (including leadership)
• Strong industry knowledge in Sri Lanka

💼 Experience

Minimum 8 years in Investment Banking including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
