The Ministry of Ports & Civil Aviation has announced job vacancies under the Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project Phase II Stage 2. Applications are invited from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for several professional and support positions.
This project is a major aviation development initiative supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to improve and expand Bandaranaike International Airport facilities at Katunayake.

Salary Details
- Project Director: Rs. 400,000/- + Government Approved Allowances
- Project Contract Specialist: Rs. 305,000/- + Government Approved Allowances
- Engineer / Professional Category Posts: Up to Rs. 260,000/- + Allowances
- Accounts Assistant: Rs. 160,000/- + Government Approved Allowances
- Other Posts: Salary according to Management Services Department approved circulars
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification recognized by UGC.
- Postgraduate qualifications and professional memberships will be considered for relevant positions.
- Relevant working experience required according to each post.
- Computer literacy and relevant technical skills are preferred.
